The 13,000 square-foot shopping center will be the first retail space of Kansa Center. The shopping center parcel covers 3.10 acres and is located on Pooler Parkway, between St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospitals Pooler Campus and Interstate 16. Once completed, the pre-engineered building will feature a modern design with a stucco veneer, distinctive canopy, and large storefronts, offering the tenants enhanced visibility.
