This location of Jeff's Beverage is part of a shopping center in Richmond Hill with room for multiple new businesses. The 12,304-square-foot store, located on Hwy 17, contains 8,104 sq. ft. for Jeff’s Beverage with the remaining 4,200 sq. ft. of space available for lease. The Jeff's Beverage space has an open floor plan with a humidor, custom coolers and storage, along with office space, restrooms and a private second story conference room.

"This building is directly located on Hwy. 17 in very close proximity to Interstate 95 with excellent road frontage, visibility, high traffic counts and is easily accessible from the highway," said Kathy Nielsen, who owns the store with her son, Jeff. "With this new facility, we are expecting to bring new inventory, new jobs and economic growth to one of the Southeast's largest wine, beer and spirits stores," continued Nielsen.

The Dewitt Tilton Group has been recognized by Star Building Systems with two 2019 Master Builder Awards for Best of the Georgia District and the Best of Shopping Centers for this project.
