Andrew Dewitt has developed entire communities, including subdivisions, condominium and townhome communities, office parks and historic renovations. He is also President of Dewitt, Cook & Associates, a full-service appraisal firm actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments including subdivisions, offices, industrial complexes and retail centers. He has been a pillar of the construction and real estate industry for more than 25 years. Dewitt is a native of Savannah who attended and graduated from Benedictine Military School. He completed college at the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in Real Estate.

Chris Tilton has been a successful builder in the coastal area for more than 25 years. Chris' family began building in this region back in 1973, and construction is in his blood. A native of Savannah, Chris also attended school at the same time as Andrew Dewitt at Benedictine Military School. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in the field of Building Construction. He honed his skills with several large construction firms outside this area prior to returning to the Lowcountry with his wife and children.

Kim Thomas studied at Pittsburgh Technical Institute, earning an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology, as well as, a degree in Computer Graphics/Architectural CADD. She was also honored with a certificate from Star Building Systems for successful completion of Star Buildings Systems’ Basic Building School and the Clemson Extension Leadership Program. As Director of Operations, her duties include working with clients during design and construction of projects with a wide range of responsibilities including: the main contact between architects, civil and structural engineers; in-house design and attending approval meetings.
KEY STAFF

In her role, Baleigh Kelly manages the office and serves as office support for the firm’s management. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to: obtaining bids from subcontractors; submitting plans for the permitting process; managing paperwork and coordinating with accounts receivable and payable. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, minoring in Instructional Technology and Design, and with concentrations in Business and Writing. She and her husband have one son and three rescue dogs from the Humane Society for Greater Savannah.

Jonathan Herrington supervises the day-to-day progress of construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. He is also charged with keeping projects on schedule and within budget by managing vendors and resources to ensure quality construction and timely builds that meet clients’ commercial construction needs. He is a native of Midway, Georgia, and volunteers in his community coaching kid’s sports.

Mitch is very pleased to join a strong, capable company that takes pride in their work. He brings with him more than 30 years of construction experience from heavy industrial to commercial projects nationwide. Most recently, he served as a construction manager for an energy company in the Mid-West. Mitch is excited to put his knowledge and expertise to work for Dewitt Tilton Group supervising the day-to-day progress of construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. Mitch will also work diligently to keep projects on schedule and within budget by managing vendors and resources. A native of Pompano Beach, Florida, Mitch enjoys deep sea fishing, building additions on to his house, and rescuing chihuahuas.
